Reference FAQ

What is Hidden Radius?

Hidden Radius is a standalone U.S. search-intelligence company examining the systems beneath modern discovery: publication, crawling, indexing, recognition, retrieval, generation, reliability and action.

Is Hidden Radius connected to IRefer Club?

Hidden Radius is a standalone company. IRefer Club is cited only as the original source organization for the REG framework.

Does Hidden Radius sell IRefer services?

No. Hidden Radius is not an IRefer sales site and does not use its knowledge pages to funnel readers to IRefer products.

What is the Hidden Radius Discovery Stack?

It is a twelve-layer model covering creation, publication, discovery, indexing, recognition, retrieval, generation, attribution, presentation, reliability, selection and action.

Is SEO being replaced by GEO?

No. SEO remains the public search foundation. GEO adds questions about whether evidence and entities can be useful and visible in generated answers.

Is AEO the same as GEO?

No. AEO focuses on satisfying a direct question. GEO considers source and entity visibility within a generated response more broadly.

What does AIO mean?

AIO can mean AI Optimization or Google AI Overviews. The meaning should be defined every time it is used.

Is REG the same as RAG?

No. REG guides entity recognition and information retrieval preparation. RAG is a technical architecture inside an AI application.

Who created REG?

IRefer Club is the original source organization for Recognition Engine Guidance and Retrieval Engine Guidance.

Is REG an official platform standard?

No. REG is not an official Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, IETF, W3C or Schema.org standard.

What is RAG?

Retrieval-Augmented Generation is an architecture that retrieves external information and supplies it as context while a model generates a response.

Is an LLM a search engine?

Not by itself. A search product may combine an LLM with crawlers, indexes, retrievers, tools, policies and an interface.

Does a citation prove an AI answer is correct?

No. The source may support only part of the sentence, be stale, describe another entity or be interpreted incorrectly.

Does structured data make a page rank?

No. Structured data labels visible content and may support eligible features, but it does not prove claims or guarantee ranking.

Does Google require llms.txt?

Google states that special AI text files are not required for AI Overviews or AI Mode. Hidden Radius includes llms.txt as a supplementary guide only.

Does robots.txt open a site to every AI system?

It communicates crawl permission to compliant robots. A firewall, CDN, login, CAPTCHA or server error can still block access.

Can a site allow search crawling but block training?

Where a platform offers separate user agents, the publisher can set different policies. OpenAI documents OAI-SearchBot and GPTBot separately.

Does IndexNow guarantee indexing?

No. It notifies participating engines that a URL changed; the engine still decides whether to fetch and index it.

Why does Hidden Radius use so many sources?

No single institution explains the entire discovery stack. Platform documents explain their products, standards bodies explain protocols, and research papers explain specific methods.

Does Hidden Radius copy source pages?

No. Authority pages identify the source contribution, limits, Hidden Radius interpretation and practical implications, then link to the original source.

How are generated answers measured?

Hidden Radius records the exact question, platform, mode, date, context, visible sources, generated claim, supporting passage and downstream action where available.

Can Hidden Radius guarantee AI citations?

No. It can improve evidence, access, identity, structure and monitoring, but outside platforms control retrieval, citations and recommendations.

What is an entity-recognition problem?

It occurs when systems confuse, merge or separate people, organizations, products or locations incorrectly.

What is passage retrieval?

It is the selection of a specific section of a document that may answer a question without using the complete page.

Why does accessibility matter for agents?

Semantic controls, labels, roles, states and keyboard behaviour help people and automated systems understand interactive pages.

What does a Hidden Radius audit include?

The scope can include technical access, indexes, entity conflicts, source quality, retrieval, generated representation, citations, measurement and business actions.

How do I contact Hidden Radius?

Email Coin Marketing Guy directly at coinguymarketing@gmail.com. The Contact page includes a mailto button that opens the visitor’s configured email application. Hidden Radius does not use a website contact-form database.
